At LibaStyle, we stand behind our products, our service and you, our customer. However, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary. We care about your satisfaction and we are always here to help.
If, for any reason, you or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied with your purchased item, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will gladly offer an exchange, a gift certificate or refund for the original price paid. Shipping, handling, gift wrapping or any other charges are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws. Our standard return period is 7 days from the receipt of your purchase for a full refund, or 30 days from original purchase for store credit and exchanges. Returns outside this time frame may be accepted at our discretion. Please note that monogrammed and personalized gifts are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they are damaged.
LibaStyle is happy to replace a purchased item with another selection, or issue a gift certificate or refund according to our guarantee described above.
In order to facilitate the return of your items you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by emailing us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order. No refunds will be issued if merchandise is not returned and shipped within 7 days of the receipt of the order. Please follow these simple steps:
Repack the purchased item, unworn, unused, with all tags still attached, in its original packaging. State the reason of your return in the space provided in the back of your invoice. Return your purchase to the following address:

For your security, please return your purchased item with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. LibaStyle is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
You can also request a return label. The cost of the return will be then deducted from your purchase.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Final Sale Merchandise No returns will be accepted on Final Sale Merchandise. Final Sale Merchandise is identified on the product page of the website, on the confirmation email and the packing slip. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about Sale Merchandise Exchanges.
