Shipping

All our orders are normally processed and shipped within 48 hours from the day the order is placed. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we understand delivery issues can occur. If an unexpected delay occurs, customer service will be in contact with you with an update. Shipping times will be determined after your order is processed, your payment method is validated, and at the time your order is shipped. Actual delivery dates are not guaranteed and are subject to factors beyond our control, including delays by the carrier or delivery company, supply chain issues, weather, traffic, and other factors.

We use FedEx and UPS for most of our domestic shipments and USPS for international, Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Standard Ground Shipping – orders will be received within 7 to 10 business days – complimentary for orders within the Continental USA
  • Express shipping – Second day or Overnight options are available, extra charges will apply. Express service not offered to Alaska or Hawaii.
  • International Shipping – flat fee of US$50.00 for most items. Additional charges apply to large quantities, volume, over weighted items. Additional shipping charges and duties are calculated upon check out

Duties & Taxes

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please bear in mind that we have no control of clearance times and procedures in our country so allow additional time to receive your order.

Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. If your order is sent in multiple shipments (either to the same address or to different addresses), your credit card will be charged separately for each shipment, including prorated shipping and handling charges.

Drop Ship Items

Drop ship items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to your door. Second-day and next-day shipping are not available on these items. These items cannot be delivered to APO, FPO, or P.O. Boxes and cannot be gift-wrapped. Additional time should be allowed for processing the order. A member of our team will contact and notify you of any delays. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding when you will receive your order.

Order Status and Tracking

We will send updates regarding the status of your order, including when your item(s) ship, to the email address you provided when ordering. As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we'll send you an email with tracking information. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your LibaStyle account and click on the 'My orders' tab
