Your credit card is charged once the order is processed. The funds are withdrawn from your account once the order is confirmed. If an order that you placed is cancelled and not shipped, any charges will be refunded to your account and should be available to you within 2–5 days, depending on your credit card provider.

We try to prepare and ship most of our orders within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be processed and prepared for shipping on Monday.

Our standard return period is 7 days from the receipt of your purchase for a full refund, or 30 days from original purchase for store credit and exchanges. Returns outside this time frame may be accepted at our discretion. Monogrammed, personalized gifts and final sale merchandise are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they are damaged. Using your gift card is easy! Simply enter your gift card when you're at checkout stage. The amount will be deducted from your order total.
